A Utah native with deep roots in the Ogden community, Shanna has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2013, serving clients throughout the Wasatch Front, from Salt Lake City to Brigham City.

While Shanna is deeply passionate about her career, her greatest pride and joy are her two children. Family, meaningful relationships, and creating lasting memories are at the center of everything she does.

An athlete and outdoor enthusiast at heart, Shanna embraces the incredible lifestyle Northern Utah has to offer. During the winter, you'll often find her carving turns at Snowbasin, one of her favorite places to recharge. Summers are spent on the water, slalom skiing and making memories with family and friends at Lake Powell and Pineview Reservoir. She also enjoys hiking Utah's beautiful mountain trails, playing soccer, traveling, and seeking out new adventures.

Shanna believes that true success isn't measured solely by awards or transactions, but by the relationships built, the trust earned, and the positive impact made along the way.
